5 Stages of Grief
Any time you suffer a loss you go through a process called the 5 Stages of Grieving. The way each of us grieves can vary; some of us slide back and forth between stages, while some of us get stuck in one stage or another until something happens to shake us out of it. Sometimes the whole process can be brief, but more often than not it seems like it takes way too long right? But once we have grieved and accepted, we can move forward in what is hopefully a more positive way. We should be able to ask ourselves the hard questions and make decisions from a much healthier mindset.
